Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team full-time at our Singapore facility. This on-site role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations across the club. The Administrator will oversee class schedules, take attendance, manage administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with coaches and internal teams. You will also support inventory management and help maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations
Coordinate class schedules and maintain accurate attendance records
Provide customer service support to parents, athletes, and visitors
Assist coaches and internal teams with administrative needs
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Support inventory tracking and general office organisation
Ensure smooth workflow and communication across the club
Requirements
At least an O level Graduate ( 16 Years old & above)
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in scheduling, record keeping, and general administrative duties
Basic Canva & designing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Experience in customer service or office administration is an advantage
Knowledge of gymnastics or sports management is a bonus
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a bonus
